Accessibility
Do you have any accessible rooms?
We have 2 rooms on the ground floor that have walk-in wet rooms with a superking bed which can be twinned. Both have grab rails and a raised toilet seat and shower chair is available on request.
Are all your rooms on the ground floor?
No - 3 of our rooms are situated upstairs.
Arrival
What time is check in/check out?
Check in is from 4pm. Check out is 10am Monday - Friday and 10.30am on bank holidays & weekends.
Do you do early check in or late check out?
No unfortunately we cannot cater for this.
Bookings
Do you require a deposit at time of booking?
No we don’t take any deposits. The full amount is payable 7 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Over 7 days notice, normally no fee will be charged. 7 days or less, 100% of the booking cost is payable.
Dining
What breakfast do you serve?
We serve a pre-ordered full Welsh breakfast as well as continental options such as fruits, yogurts, pastries & cereals.
Do you serve evening food?
We can provide freshly cooked pizzas or a charcuterie tray delivered to your room until 6pm.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We prepare all our food on the premises so most dietary needs can be catered for with enough notice.
Do you have a bar?
Yes, we have an honesty bar to which you can help yourself and a book to log your purchases. This will then be added to your bill on check out.
Dogs
Does Canaston Oaks take dogs?
Yes! Well behaved dogs are very welcome - we have 4 dog friendly rooms and a dog friendly dining area. Dog-friendly rooms must be booked directly with the reservations team, and cannot be booked online. Please get in touch via email or phone to enquire about options for dog-friendly rooms. We charge £20 per night per dog.
Families
Is Canaston Oaks family friendly?
Families of all ages are very welcome at Canaston Oaks. All our suites can accommodate an extra bed and a number of them have sofa beds. We also have a few travel cots available and bedding & towels are provided. Please contact us direct for bookings of more than 1 child as we have many options available.
Parking
Is there free parking at Canaston Oaks?
Yes we have a large secure car park which is free for all our guests to use.
Do you have any EV chargers?
Yes we have 2 EV points suitable for charging electric cars.
Rooms
Do your rooms have extra beds?
Yes, several of our suites have sofa beds suitable for 2 children up to 10 or 1 child aged over 10. We charge £20 per night for under 10’s and £30 per night for 11 - 16 year olds.
Can you provide cots?
Yes we have a travel cot available for a small charge of £5 per night.
Is there a fridge in the room?
Yes all rooms have fridges with fresh milk provided for your tea & coffee.
Gifts
Can I buy a gift voucher for Canaston Oaks?
Yes we can provide gift vouchers for any value which have a 12 months expiry date. Please contact us direct for this.

Who owns Canaston Oaks
Canaston Oaks was founded by David & Eleanor Lewis in 2006 and is now run by their daughter Emma Millership.
