Canaston Oaks: Information about how we store and use your data
Most bookings are made online and we always use email where possible to send booking confirmation. We are required by law to keep a record of all guests for at least twelve months after their visit and this record normally includes an email address as well as the names of guests over the age of sixteen years. Where guests are not British, Irish or Commonwealth citizens, we are required to record a passport number (or other identity document) and nationality.
We will not sell or pass your data in any form to any other organisation.
We occasionally contact previous guests by email when there are special offers available. You may tell us at anytime that you do not wish to be contacted, or simply use the unsubscribe button in the email you receive.
